Red Wine & Mustard Petite Sirloin with Potatoes and Grilled Artichokes

Who doesn’t love a good steak grilled during the summer? There are a million different ways to cook a good steak, but we think these tips will really make the difference, along with tips for the perfect pairings:
1. Marinade your meat overnight to ensure for a juicier tasting steak!

2. Never grill cold meat – always make sure your steaks are at room temperature before putting them on the grill.

3. Use the “hand guide” to ensure the right level of doneness of your steak (What’s the “hand guide?” Watch the video!)

4. Boil your artichokes for five minutes after you halve them before you put them on the grill.

5. Get your potatoes ready to go in our Fresh Cuts Section! Just put them in a Reynolds Heavy Wrap pouch and throw that on the grill.
