- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel topping, warmed
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- aerosol whipped light cream
- chopped pecans
- 4 Essential Everyday™ Cinnamon Graham Crackers, quartered
- In small bowl, combine apples and warmed caramel.
- Place 1 scoop ice cream into 4 bowls. Top with caramel apples, whipped cream and pecans.
- Garnish each sundae with 4 cracker sections. Serve immediately.
