Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, in large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook bacon until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain off excess grease from pan. Add in broccoli and onion; saute until onions are softened. Toss with pasta, bacon and 1 cup cheese; transfer to a 9-inch pie plate that has been sprayed cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine half & half, sour cream and eggs; salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined. Pour over pasta; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven 35-40 minutes or until center is set. Cut into 8 wedges.
