Cook brats until the internal temperature reaches 165 Degrees F. Brats should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended.

Add 1/2 cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
