Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional Oven: 1. Move rack to middle of oven preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving) flip after 12 minutes. Microwaving is not recommended. Although great care is taken to remove bones, some may remain. Keep frozen.
